We had an excellent stay here, and slept really well, in spite of the busy street outside, as the windows and shutters blocked out most of the noise. The bed was super comfy, and the shower was excellent. We were offered complimentary drinks in the restaurant downstairs upon arrival ('welcome drinks'), and ended up having our dinner there on two of our evenings, as the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and informed us that we would have breakfast delivered to our room each morning, even though we hadn't booked breakfast. What a nice surprise! The breakfast was plentiful and really tasty, and even included small slices of cake. We're definitely staying here again when we next visit Porto. Superb location as well.

The garden is so romantic, and the entire scenery makes you feel like in a Jane Austen novel. Also, Frank is such a nice human being - he had the best vibe and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast is superb.

The hotel is brand new and the location is excellent - close to everything Porto has to offer. We stayed on the top floor in a duplex room with a separate living area and balcony. The breakfast was delicious.

The buffet breakfast was a lovely touch, and they prepared us some to-go boxes for one of the mornings when we had to leave before breakfast was served. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Porto!
