Situated just 1.6 km from São Roque Beach, CFS Azores Guest House offers accommodation in Ponta Delgada with access to an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, as well as luggage storage space. The room was very clean and big, everything looks brand new. The bed is very confortable and big, the bathroom is very spacious, the facilities are great, the staff is super helpful, especially Carlos which gave us some very helpful advice on how to visit the island along with some maps. They even have an elevator(lift) even if there aren't many stairs. You don't need to stay closer to Ponta Delgada as you will mostly travel by car and from CFS Azores you are 7-10 minutes away from the city center where you can eat and do stuff if you want to. It was great altogether, I 100% recommend it and would return.

We spent very little time at the property (literally only slept there), but absolutely no complaints - the room was huge, perfectly clean, great bathroom, they were flexible with check in and even offered to pack us a breakfast box because our flight was too early to take advantage of the buffet. Would definitely recoomend!

Boasting a lift, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The accommodation features full-day security and a housekeeping service for guests. We were a group of 8 ladies staying at Olive Boutique Guest house for one week. EVERYTHING was exceptional! All from contact before the stay with owner Susana, to the staff, the rooms, the decor, the pool facilities and location in the town on a calm street. Additionally the staff were incredibly friendly, warm hearted and they mastered the gift of making you feel right at home and taken care of with the best hotell service at the same time. They helped us with local recommendations, booking taxis and much more. Also we had many people with different allergies and dietary requests (gluten, dairy, vegetarian and vegan) in our group and the staff with Julia at the lead did an amazing job with serving breakfast options which made very one happy! Our stay met all our needs and wishes and exceeded every ones expectations. We can warmly recommend Olive Boutique Guest house and hope to be back soon!

Every morning, Tania turns breakfast into a feast, served in a beautifully designed kitchen with only fresh, local products. The interior garden and pool area are a perfect oasis for reading or simply relaxing. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible attention to detail, which makes the whole experience unforgettable.

Fairly new exceptionally clean apartment style villa. The owner was more than helpful answering questions and providing for our needs such as an early breakfast and information on restaurants. The room had adequate kitchen equipment to allow you to make easy meals. A large grocery store is a short distance away. The kitchen had a few basic herbs and spices that you could use. It was very quiet with a secure locked entrance after 5:00 that each guest had a remote to be able to enter.

Set 12 km from Pico do Carvao, DMCharme offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a water park. The guest house offers city views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. We experienced great hospitality here, Daniel was very kind and helpful. We didn't have any needs not fulfilled right away.

All units feature air conditioning and a satellite flat-screen TV. With a private bathroom fitted with a shower and a hair dryer, units at the guest house also feature free WiFi, while some rooms are fitted with a terrace. At the guest house, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. We stayed for 2 nights at City Stonehouse in a room on the 2nd floor and loved it. The room is airy (high ceilings, big windows), spacious with wooden floors and very clean. The en-suite bathroom was extremely clean and very well equipped (multiple towels were offered to use but it was stored in a way that one could also save towels, refill soaps, hair dryer etc). The room itself was beautifully furnished - nice bedding, arm chair, hangers etc. and offered some refreshments and snacks :). Downstairs was an extremely well equipped kitchen with everything one needs to cook a delicious meal. Indoor as well as outdoor seating areas were inviting. The ground floor offers a living room with plenty of information about the island and tour possibilities. Luggage storage on our departure day was no problem at all. Check-In was as easy as it gets. The location is great - easy to reach from the airport, walking distance to the center, marina, parks, restaurants and shops. There are several car and scooter rentals close by. The biggest benefit of this accommodation is the wonderful host who spoils his guests by providing lots of information, answers all possible questions, sends out recommendations and makes sure one feels 100% relaxed on vacation.
