My family spent there four winter days skiing and enjoying snow. The smallness of the family room was rewarded by extremely friendly owner and staff, as well as the family atmosphere! We can't wait to return there!

Staying at the quiet, renovated hotel was really nice. Even though it's near the main road, it's surprisingly peaceful inside. The renovations made everything modern and comfy. It's convenient being close to the main road but still feels tucked away enough for a relaxing stay. I'd definitely recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

Planinska koča na Uskovnici, que cuenta con jardín, terraza, restaurante y wifi gratis, se encuentra en Srednja Vas v Bohinju, a 22 km de Aquapark & Wellness Bohinj y a 24 km de Castillo de Bled. El refugio de Planinska koča na Uskovnici fue nuestra parada favorita en Eslovenia. Está súper bien ubicado, rodeado de las lindas montañas eslovenas. Se puede llegar en auto (se recomienda un auto un poco elevado por el estado del camino), o después de una bonita caminata de 40 minutos aprox. El personal era muy simpático, la pasamos súper bien ! La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, nada que decir (con vista hacia las vacas). El desayuno por 12€ extra estaba excelentemente rico, con productos frescos eslovenos. Hay un restaurante también disponible en el refugio, la comida era deliciosa. Desde el refugio tenemos acceso a muchas caminatas cercanas. Recomendamos completamente !

Great location – a shop right next door, the information center just across the street, and Bohinj lake within walking distance. The owners were really nice and helpful. Feel free to ask them for anything! My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here!

They suggested we leave our rental car in their parking after checkout so we could go on a hike and not worry about parking. They were very helpful.

Lovely quiet location, very close to the ski lift at Vogel, and the lake, which made things really easy.

The town was reachable by both the arriva bus that runs regularly and the 2euro Bohinj tourist bus that runs in high season. The accommodation was perfect for us as it was so close to Triglav national park and the starting points of major hikes. It had everything you need including a mini fridge, table and chairs, private washroom, wifi and a tower fan. The host was even nice enough to let us use her kitchen to cook meals. She treated us at check in with a nice cold drink and highlighted some of the great things to do around the area proving us with a map and hiking routes. Of all the countries we have been to in Europe, Slovenia probably does tourism the best making the national park so easily accessible. 10/10 recommend this place as home base for exploring the park.
