We were in need of some R& R arrived at 1pm and we're received with a smile & shown to our room (yay aircon so nice and cool after weeks of tenting it) room was spotlessly clean! we decided to have dinner there & were not disappointed. At €15 euro a meal it was prepared by the owner & sooo good. We loved every min. Of our stay & highly recommend it 💞

An adequate breakfast was included at the adjacent restaurant, where we took other meals as well - popular with local working clientele. Adequate parking.

Wonderful accommodations, exceptional dinners...fresh local ingredients, absolutely delicious Slovenian dishes prepared perfectly! Had a really thoughtful conversation with the owner about the history of the area, who was able to share perspectives of Slovenians who stayed in the region after WWII. (My family emigrated from a neighboring town to the US after the war) After visiting this gorgeous place, it was easy to see why my grandfather missed his homeland so much.

A recently renovated guest house in Novo Mesto, Apartment Sobe Ravbar offers outdoor fireplace, private parking and sports facilities. Featuring a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The guest house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Very warm, clean and cosy. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The housekeeping lady asked us everyday whether we needed more toilet paper, cloths or garbage bags. We got a free cot for our 6 month old baby with a few blankets also.

The owner is so nice, he help me out to get to the house as I got lost... He offer me dinner/breakfast/lunch. I had dinner, really good pasta with, of course, truffles. They have dogs and puppies and I could play with them :) They offer excursions and I went to look for truffles with his son and their dog Hector :) Really nice experience. I will come back again!

Boris and Miriam are the most gracious hosts. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, featuring fresh, local ingredients and homemade specialties that showcased the best of Slovenian cuisine and an incredible selection of wines. They were also kind enough to accommodate my dietary restrictions, ensuring that every meal was a delightful experience. Novak Guesthouse is a special place, and we hope to visit again in the future!
