Some of very beautiful hiking trails start right from the hostel. I really recommend this place for solo-travelers, as well as groups or families, the atmosphere was very pleasant.

Location is great if you’re interested in hiking, cycling or just walking around in the nature. This is a perfect place to really relax and disconnect from the fast paced life. Bed was comfortable, it was really quiet in the evenings.

In the heart of Kranjska Gora, the Slovenian pearl, the family guest house Villa Romana is situated right on the ski slope. The property features a spacious summer terrace and a garden with barbecue facilities. The B&B was very cosy and offered a very nice breakfast. Our room was perfect with a beautiful view of the mountains. The owner was very sweet and helpful and recommended some hikes. We would love to come back again one day.

Damjana was very nice and accommodating and she waited for me after the check-in time when my bus was running late. The place itself is right in the center of town—such a nice location, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The room was a good size, bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was large and supplied with soap, shampoo, and body wash. The breakfast was next door and was good as well—coffee, some kind of juice (which was amazing), croissant, bread with butter and jam, and then you could order one thing (various types of eggs, avocado toast, granola with fresh fruit and yogurt, or Slovenian pancakes). I’d stay here again.

Garni Hotel Miklič is a 3-star hotel located amidst the mountains in the town of Kranjska Gora, at the foothills of Vitranc and right next to a ski slope. Built in 1993, the a family-run property provides free WiFi is throughout. Great location! Fantastic hosts! So friendly!
