The pension is located 10 minute drive from the main entrance to the Slovenský raj National Park. There is a train (like those small trains for kids in parks, that runs on the road and has three small cars) that stops right next to the pension and takes passengers to and from the National Park. Gabriella, the owner, is a wonderful person and most helpful. She recommends the most interesting trails in the park, prepares delicious dinners, and helps in any way she can. My room was convenient and had everything I needed. There are tables under a pavilion in the back yard, where one can sit, play, and work.

I loved everything about my experience here. Pavol, the owner takes immense pride in this place and it shows. He is a genuine, kind and generous person who honestly cares if you are taken care of. I’ve been to places all over the world and this is my favorite place, hands down? Why? The amenities are many (the infra red sauna and hot tub to watch sunsets are two) and Pavol is excited for you to enjoy the labors of his work. He even helped me plan my day at the park and made sure I found my way. This was a special experience. I absolutely recommend this place.

Great location in a quiet place, near the Dunajec river. Couple of walking trails you can start from the monastery (including Trzy Korony). Breakfast was good and the personel was very friendly. Large parking space in the courtyard.

The owner is super friendly and very talkative, he even explained what should we visit if we went sightseeing. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, the beds comfy and the kitchenette had everything we needed. I don't think I could've chosen a better place for this money.

Penzion St. Martin is situated in the centre of Spišská Kapitula, UNESCO-protected area and offers views of the Spišský Castle as well as a garden, bar and on-site dining. I really had a great time such as a fairytale with my family. It was a bit hard to find the parking lot but a woman who stood in front of the hotel taught where it is. The room was clean and enough big for us and the view from around the hotel was also good! We had good dinner and fresh breakfast. I want to back there soon! Thanks very much!
