I stayed at The Sun Long Beach Resort for 6 nights and had such a lovely experience. The location is perfect—just a short 5-minute walk to Long Beach and close to the main road where you’ll find restaurants, an ATM, and a grocery store. Super convenient without being noisy. The room was spotless, spacious, and really comfortable. They leave fresh water every day, which was a thoughtful touch, and you can also rent a scooter directly from the resort, which made it really easy to explore the island. It’s true that there’s a mosque nearby and you can hear the call to prayer, especially early in the morning—but I used earplugs and slept right through it every night without a problem. The real highlight was the staff—they were incredibly kind and helpful. My flight was seriously delayed and I arrived really late, after restaurants had already closed. They proactively messaged me to ask if I’d like them to prepare something in advance—and when I arrived, there was a delicious pad Thai and fresh watermelon waiting for me, which they didn’t even charge for. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and made me feel so welcome. Would absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful, well-located stay with genuinely kind people running it!

A car rental service is available at the guest house. The bed was so comfy, great price, 7 11 and ATM close.by,plus lots of restaurants. The owner was lovely and spoke great English, and to hire a bike was only 150.

The property was built in 2019 and has air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. The guest house features an infinity pool with a pool bar, as well as a hot tub and a shared kitchen. The owner of the location is very kind, we choose for accommodation without breakfast but he offered us a filling breakfast every day. Because we caught Christmas in this location, they gave us a sweet gift. We had everything we wanted, it's clean, spacious, close to the beach, restaurants, shops.

Red is a fantastic host, he is friendly & funny and helps you to sort out anything you need, with no hassle! (He helped us to sort out scooters, boats, and taxis). He is very personable and makes you feel right at home! We enjoyed chatting with him! His wife is a fantastic cook, they are a great team! The bungalows are very comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well to keep us cool. The shower had warm water and the balcony was great for relaxing on after a long day! The location of Lanta Para Hut is in my opinion perfect, as you are in the middle of the island, so can easily reach the south, or the north. We will definitely stay in Lanta Para Hut in the future, thank you red and see you next time ! :)

Great location 5 minutes from the beach and was very clean, the host Mr Yim was amazing, making sure that we were well looked after I felt very welcome to stay at his property, providing us with water and a small snack at our door every morning when we woke up.

The kitchen was well equipped and functional. The coffee shop had very friendly staff. The spaces were clean and the cleaning staff were friendly. It was in a great location within walking distance of Old Town. We highly recommend having a room with a balcony. It added a lot to our experience. We rented bicycles and found it a great way to see nearby areas in the late afternoons and mornings.
