Personnel extremely relaxed and helpfull ( read: spirit of koh Mak is living overthere ). A special place where you truly feel "disconnected" from the busy world, but really are connected with nature :).

At the motel, the rooms have a balcony. At A.P.guesthouse every room has air conditioning and a private bathroom. The location was great. It was close to everything you need, beaches(Ao Kao and Ao Suan Yai), restaurants, minimarts, coffee shops, bars and so on. The room was compact and simple, but there were everything you need, a fridge, a fan, an air-con, clothes racks, a water tap to clean your feet and also a bench in front of the room. The bed wasn't too hard for me, but it depends on people's preference. There were the rental scooter service and minimart on site.The owner was fine. They offered a free ride from the pier and to the pier. For overall, it was worth the money.
