The room was so clean an spacious and from the balcony you have a stunning view. The staff was so helpful, they help me to arrange the tour boat and even an hiking to go to top view of Ban Rak Thai near the border with Myanmar, but I would not suggest it for old people 😅 P.S. Be ready for a hearty and delicious breakfast

The guesthouse is run by a nice Thai lady - literally a one-woman-show! The cabin is well maintained, with everything you need in a room. We stayed on New Year’s Eve and it was so chilly at night.

It was my first time visiting Thailand and I had an amazing experience here The room was reasonably priced. It was cozy, clean and had all the basic amenities. The location is just 5 mins walkable distance from the walking street. The property itself is in a quiet, peaceful location with amazing views right off the balcony. The owners (Aui and Ying) are polite, attentive, extremely helpful and quick to respond. I took their help in getting a taxi to and from Chiang Mai and Pai. They can also help in arranging day tours from Pai. Aui was kind enough to bridge the communication between me and the driver on multiple occasions and was also proactive in helping you make plans for your stay. Overall, everything was great and I loved it here. I will definitely be back.

I actually still think about this place from time to time, longing to go back!! It was idyllic. Well enough away from the town that it was quiet and peaceful but close enough that you could walk in and enjoy all the town had to offer. I spent much of my time in the hammock outside my little bungalow reading. Even when it rained as I was so nicely sheltered. Breakfast every morning was a bonus and delicious. Inside the room, the fan did me nicely and the mosquito net, though well needed, protected me well. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Clean rooms and very welcoming owners. They made sure that we are ok in our stay. It’s quite far from the center but if u have car or motorcycle it’s one of the beat place to stay in Maehongson. Breakfast was really good.

The owner, Louise, goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and help you with anything you need.

The house is completely new, super modern, and beautifully furnished. Our room was very clean – and the rooftop offered an absolutely stunning view. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. Overall, we can only highly recommend staying here and we truly wish the owners all the best for the future.

I stayed at this place for four and a half days and loved it. Nice houses, shops, and cafés are nearby, and the staff here is very friendly. I loved it!

Jan the host is incredible. I was welcomed with a hug and left feeling like I have a new little sister. I stayed in a new bungalow at the rear of the property and loved it, quiet and peaceful with a hammock facing a field of cows off the back of the building and a table out front if I wanted to be social, or I could go up to the dining area, pool or billiards room as well. Located near the airport and just far enough away from the walking street that there is peace but close enough that a walk or scooter into town is easy. There is a Monday market a few blocks away, a 7-11 up the road a short walk, Dad can do laundry for a good price and Mom cooks a great pad Thai available to order.
