Owner is super kind and helpful, seems like a family run business, very friendly place:) although it’s technically outside the city walls, it is very close to everything either on foot or via tuktuk (always available nearby, and app also works well). It is an easy 25 min walk to the opposite side of the city (south gate), leading through various sights and stores, but food night market around the accommodation (like 3 min walk) is also really good. 10/10 especially for owner, cleanliness, value for money and location.

All in 1 Guesthouse is a 10-minute walk from the city’s Night Market and a 15-minute ride from Chiang Mai International Airport, Railway Station and the local Bus Terminal. The people who worked there were very friendly. The room was comfortable and had a good WiFi connection. The lobby area felt welcoming and was a nice place to relax too. The location was even more convenient than I could have imagined. They give you great recommendations for a variety of affordable and enjoyable tours. A truly exceptional and unforgettable hotel.

At the accommodation every room includes a desk and a flat-screen TV. The room is very cozy. The receptionists, Auntie Bow was very friendly, always greeted us with a smile. I hope they get paid well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The area isn’t very walkalble, but it’s kind of like this in most part of CM.
