The place is excellent value for money, very clean and well maintained. Owner is super kind and helpful, seems like a family run business, very friendly place:) although it’s technically outside the city walls, it is very close to everything either on foot or via tuktuk (always available nearby, and app also works well). It is an easy 25 min walk to the opposite side of the city (south gate), leading through various sights and stores, but food night market around the accommodation (like 3 min walk) is also really good. 10/10 especially for owner, cleanliness, value for money and location.

It's true what everyone says the included breakfasts are Delicious, great variety & good serving sizes, we had a very early start one morning & Jackie kindly packed us a breakfast to go. It is an older building & doesn't have all the amenities of some other accommodation but I'm more than happy to forgo those in favour of a very well priced accommodation with a kind host that goes above & beyond to make you feel "at home" Real milk for the tea & coffee that is available in reception all day. Our room was spacious & clean it was up 2 flights of stairs but that meant it was nice & quiet. The air conditioner was very effective. Toiletries were provided & I like that they were big bottles - more environmentally friendly. Wifi in all areas & was good no drop outs. We had some laundry done which was very convenient as we left it with Jackie & she returned it to our room all washed & folded the next day. Good location we walked to the Saturday & Sunday markets. Baan Jaru is located 500 metres from Clock Tower. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free public parking. great! very beautiful and cozy place, full of plants! 🤭 Everyone was very nice and helpful, breakfast was delicious. We extended our stay, booked the proposed excursion, everything was convenient, smooth. I highly recommend both the place to stay and the city itself! 🤩 thank you! 🙏

Just a 5-minute walk from Thapae Gate and Chiang Mai’s Sunday Market, All in 1 Guesthouse offers comfortable guest rooms with en suite bathrooms and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Very friendly staff. Good AC and shower. Great Location.

เห็ดเหลือง Hedreung banrakthai homestay and camping có khu vườn, phòng chờ chung, sân hiên và quầy bar ở Ban Rak Thai. The room was beautifully decorated, felt clean and simple with modern amenities, and super comfortable beds. But the view over the village while sitting on the balcony was definitely the catch. A great place to stay in Ban Rak Thai which afforded a view of the whole village. Stunning at night when all the village lights came on. Huge breakfast delivered to the room in the morning! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely return.

Excellent location super clean and the best receptionists! Very close to 7 eleven and the street offers nice food options that locals seem to enjoy.

The garden where they serve breakfast is so pretty, and the food the staff makes is delicious. My room was a single, but it had everything I needed - hairdryer, water, tea, TV, AC - and the bathroom was super clean. Being right inside the old city walls was perfect for walking around, and the street was quiet. Songkran was such a cool experience, and the manager was so nice and helpful. She even did a DIY activity with me! I'd definitely recommend this place!
