Cleaning every morning. 15 min walk from the beach. 7/11 down the road (400 meters) and a delicious local Thai restaurant on the way (100 meters). The owner was very kind and friendly and spoke English. He let us store our bags for a couple hours after check out. Plus, he has lots of kittens!!

It was a beautiful property, great location and the garden is so peaceful. The bungalow itself was perfect, large, clean with a very comfortable bed and great air conditioning. My partner needed good wifi when we stayed here for work calls and it was perfect. We had the best sticky rice on our whole Thailand trip here too! The staff are lovely and accommodating.

The bungalow was very cosy and comfortable, everything you need. The host was also very friendly and super helpfull for all questions or arrangement. She's also very easy to reach and will reply quick if you have questions. I had a very lovely stay. If you want to visit phang nga bay, arrange through her!

The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The value for money was excellent, and it was a lovely surprise to have breakfast included at the property. Everything went smoothly throughout our stay. The owners even arranged transportation for us to and from the port, as well as scooters, which made exploring the area so much easier. Highly recommended!

The bungalow was really spacious, it had 2 terraces where you could chill. The host is amazing, super kind and helpful all the time, she organised for me to get a bike and transfer to the pier. The location is also good, close to Pasai beach, couple of restaurants and bars with nice views just 5min away.

The best place to stay in Koh Yao. The owner is very attentive and helpful. He personally picked us from the Pier to the reception, and they offer bikes for rental so you can explore the island. The room is nice and comfortable, very beautiful view at night.

Great location: short ride to piers for daily trips in Phang Nga Bay, there are stores and restaurants short walk from the guesthouse. The owner is super nice and helpful when it comes to arranging trips and rides. Great value for money.
