The guest house is just a very short walk from the historic park and the weekend night market. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom designed so that the shower water was contained and didn't make the entire floor wet. A refrigerator was a nice touch. And there was coffee, toast and cookies in the morning -- not exactly breakfast but something to hold you over until you can walk to one of the many nearby restaurants.

Everything about the Lotus Place Sukhothai was very pleasant and relaxing. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable. The breakfasts to order was delicious, filling and with the omelette and cheese omelette made to perfection.

Amazing stay in all of my thailand trip, great room, comfy bed, nice bathroom. super efficient staff, the lady quickly washed my clothes and dry them in 2 hours and for a good price. Location is nice and you get to hire their bikes to cycle around those ancient ruins. we'll done, thank you

Such a friendly, warm and engaging host who kept going the extra mile to make sure our stay was excellent. Only a short walk to the Historical park and with cycle hire available at 30 baht a day - the whole of Sukhothai is available to explore. Breakfast was extremely good and set us up for the day (fried eggs, toast, coffee/tea and fresh fruit) All the information you could wish for is available. The room was lovely. So clean and fresh with added toiletries for the shower and fresh drinking water provided daily. Really excellent stay and this was our second time at Space Ben which didn't disappoint.

A delightful, small and cozy resort with friendly owners and a sweet dog. We brought our 2 cats with us and they were very accommodating. Perfect location near the old city, clean comfy rooms and great food. After we got back to Chiang Mai, we realized that we forgot to pick up our clothes at the laundry in town and they went out of their way to pick them up and ship them to us. Awesome service.

Just a great experience 3 minutes walking to the Temples and located near all night markets. I can only recommend this location where they will take care of you just like at home. It’s the perfect place to unwind and connect with nature. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. We were greeted with fresh, delicious smoothies and refreshing ginger iced tea — a wonderful touch after our long journey. Throughout our stay, the hospitality was beyond anything we expected. On several occasions, we received complimentary treats like fresh watermelon, bottled water, snacks, and smoothies delivered right to our room, without even asking. What truly left a lasting impression was the kindness and dedication of the Villa Manager. On the day of our departure, our scheduled Grab car to the airport didn’t show up. Without hesitation, the Manager personally offered to drive us to the airport in her own car. That level of care and genuine hospitality is something we will never forget. Everything about our stay was exceptional — from the serene environment to the thoughtful service. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already dreaming of our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with world-class hospitality. This is not the Four Seasons Hotel, but the services will make even (Mr. Isadore Sharp) the Founder and Chairman of The Four Seasons Hotel proud.

The property was clean and tidy and very spacious! A nice modern touch with comfy beds! The staff who run the place were attentive, kind and hospitable. We had breakfast delivered to our table every morning- traditional and fresh. The owner couldn’t do enough for him and we would certainly return should we pass through again.
