I had a room with a fan and a shared bathroom/shower. The facilities were very clean, the room was tidy and had all the basic stuff you need. The area is safe and beautiful, there's a 7/11 right there and also a couple of local restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location near a lot of cosy bars and restaurants. In a fairly touristy part of the city but not the energetic young backpacker part. But also not far from that if that's your scene.
