The huts are simple but very clean and comfortable. You get a hammock as well to relax in front of your hut. It's just a couple of minutes walking to the beach. And 4 minutes to the pier with plenty of shops, restaurants and booking agencies for trips around the island and ferries to neighbouring islands. Absolutely recommend this place, stayed 5 days and it was perfect. Also the Pippin restaurant in front is delicious and cheap

She not only prepared delicious breakfasts for us but even went the extra mile to wash some of our clothes—a truly thoughtful gesture. All units at By The Sea Koh Mak Boutique Guesthouse include air conditioning and a desk. Everything was perfect, the room, the pool and the location. This is a small hotel with only 11 rooms located in a nice beach where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset.

At the guest house, each unit includes bed linen and towels. Amazing place. Beautiful garden with palm trees. The most beautiful place we have had in Thailand so far. And the beach (300m) is so beautiful that we didn't go anywhere else on the island. Half of the beach has sunbeds and a restaurant, but the other part is beautifully natural with palm trees without anything, so everyone chooses what they need. We stayed for 3 nights, but it is worth staying longer. The accommodation also has cheap scooter rental, a restaurant, a laundry room and will help with anything you need.

Quiet at night, besides the lovely jungle/nature sounds. Bungalow is nive, with seating out front and a hammock which is great! The included breakfast is very enjoyable with fresh fruit and an espresso machine which makes good coffee.

Fantastic place owners that will Make your stay incredible! Great room with smart storage and big fridge. The room is better, the bed is more comfortable and the general feeling of the room is better than the pictures!

If you would like to discover the area, snorkelling, cycling and hiking are possible in the surroundings and the guest house can arrange a bicycle rental service. Wooden Hut is a dream in all respects. The cabanas, the restaurant, the garden, the location -we read that in the comments and it not really knew what ‘good location’ meant… but it was spot on!! 10 min via scooter to our favorite beach, 15 min to Bang Bao beach (great bar and food). Wooden Huts has such a peaceful vibe. We stayed for 7 days. The beaches on Koh Kut are first rate. Make sure to have a massage vis a vis at Sabai Massage. Thank you for a wonderful time.
