Ideal to relax and enjoy pool and listen to the birds. Very friendly personnel and great breakfast.

Staying at Dar Hkaiem is an experience, the property is the house of Majdi’s grandparents, it got renovated, the property is so clean and authentic and feels like the old good Arabian homes, Majdi has a great positive energy and he’s very kind and inclusive, he deals with his guests as friends, he goes out with them, cook for them, tell them where to eat, which places are the best and even goes with them Hammam (Spa) with them. I indeed recommend Dar Hkaiem and I will definitely come back if I am at Sousse.

They gave me a room at the top floor and the roof has a nice view of the city. The staffs did a great job and the breakfast is very good. They added cheese in my omelette and the coffee is good. No TV, but wifi is working well. Warm water take a few mins to be ready. They also have a restaurant one minute walk away.
