Really liked everything there, especially the breakfast and the little tortoise around the swimming pool 🐢 The apartments are really cosy and the hosts are great and friendly. Very easy to find and go there from Izmir airport, you don't have to go through the city. It takes an hour by car via the highway.

We spent hours admiring the view whilst swimming and lazing on the deck and the family who run it are so warm and hospitable. They will call a water taxi whenever you like, although there are many great restaurants nearby. Highly recommended staying here whilst in Dalyan.

The building is 150 years old and the owners have done a great job of adding in modern facilities, while maintaining the old world charm. The included breakfast was simply amazing, with home cooked scrambled eggs and what I assume is a Turkish version of french toast being some of the highlights. The rooms are basic, but cozy and clean.
