Situated in Sultanahmet, Istanbul’s Old Town, Agora Guesthouse offers rooms with free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. Hagia Sophia is 600 metres away while The Blue Mosque is 500 metres away. I loved staying here! Location is superb for visiting the main historical area of the city. Staff is nice, the place is comfy and clean. Breakfast was exquisite. The terrace is lovely to hang out on. Special mention for bed curtains, well functioning power outlet near bed, which not all hostels provide. Oh, and the free water dispensers, that's also rare, but greatly appreciated! Çok teşekkür ederim, Agora Guesthouse! 🌞 Would love to come back if I visit Istanbul again.

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood of Istanbul’s historic Sultanahmet district, this family-run guesthouse offers rooms with free WiFi. The Aya Sofya Mosque is just a 5-minute walk away. 1. Location. Popular tourist spot are within walking distance and the roads are mostly flat. 2. Cleanliness. The establishment itself is a small family-run guesthouse. But the room and the toilet is surprisingly sparkling clean, even big-name hotel cannot achieve that level of cleanliness. 3. Attentive host. Since it is not easy to speak English in Turkiye even in Istanbul, having host who can converse in good English is very helpful. 4. Comfortable, clean & new car was offered for the Airport transfer (additional cost). We arrived late at night due to flight delay, but the host is very committed to pick us up at airport. 5. Heater is working well, even during mid winter, both in the room & water heater. 6. Peaceful neighborhood, we have good rest at night during our stay.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and it definitely won't be our last. Great host, great location, cozy and comfortable place for families and friends.
