Situated in Sultanahmet, Istanbul’s Old Town, Agora Guesthouse offers rooms with free WiFi and a flat-screen TV. Hagia Sophia is 600 metres away while The Blue Mosque is 500 metres away. Location and Hotel service is the best value for money. Washroom is common for all the dorms, but still I didn't face much of an issue. It's good property with proper maintenance which is lacking in many properties.

It is spacious, was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is amazing. In the middle of so many wonderful restaurnats and little streets. Lively outside sitting area with a view of the Bosphorus. My husband and I stayed for four nights with our two teenagers and they loved it as well. There are more than one grocery store very nearby, so it is super easy to do self-catering. Istiklal Street where the good shopping happens, is just 10 minutes walk away. Down towards the sea, you can hop on a tram easily. We took ubers to get to the other European side and they could find us very quickly. I read so many reviews before I booked in Istanbul, and then you still wonder if you made the right choice. The apartment we stayed in, was definitely a right choice.

Grandma's House is 2 blocks away from the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia and the lively plaza in between. It is a 15-minute walk to the Grand Baazar. Perfectly situated, the guest house and its owners make you feel welcome and at home right upon arrival. They surprised us with some dolma for dinner and prepared sandwiches for us to take for our early flight since we'd miss breakfast. We had a lovely view of the 2 Mosques from our terrace. The room is cozy and comfortable. We had a lovely stay!
