There were a few eccentric features, like we had a huge bathtub, which was nice but difficult to get in and out of. The host was very nice and gave us some fruit. Which was very generous. It had a more Japanese vibe than Chinese. Every room seems to be unique.

Wow, the best place we stayed in in Taiwan and one of the best in general Friendliest owner, really helpful and super nice, took care of everything we needed and more. The place is beautifully designed, well lit, great AC, comfy beds, a lot of parking outside and a small free lot of there's no place. The location was amazing, a few minutes walk from everything you need in the old city but not inside the mess, so it's airy and quiet and never crowded.
