Nearby are local restaurants, souvenir shops, and a Family Mart, making it very convenient. The location is also close to Xinchen Railway Station.

There is a paid laundromat just next to the apartment but you have to come out of the building to access it. They provided one complimentary pack of washing detergent. There was a coffee machine on the first floor.
