The property is non-smoking and is set 700 metres from Taichung Railway Station. Everything was perfect. Clean. Big and comfy room. Best value for money we had in Taïwan.

It is no frills but offers a decent bed, private bathroon, good wifi, and even the ability to do laundry (they provide detergent but I think you have to hang dry, which I did not have time for but I think it pretty typical for Taiwan) Taichung Central Park is nearby and EXCELLENT if you are a runner.

Excellent location - just a few minutes walk to the train station, and many local buses stop right in front of the building. A very nice hotel, we had a nice room on the 9th floor with a great view from the window (I would ask for a room with a view when you make a reservation), clean, quiet. Very friendly staff. The reception room has a nice large sitting area with bags of nice snacks, coffee, and tea. If we ever come back to Taichung, we will come back to this hotel without any doubts.

Comfortable bed, modern interior and a nice view. Perfect for solo travelers as well.
