As we like to stay away from the beaches and prefer walking it is no issue that the property is situated a bit away, along the main road.Not very much sounds from the trafic.

For an affordable price, we got everything we needed and more. Juma, the receptionist, always greeted us with a smile on his face and was happy to assist with anything we needed in and outside of the hotel. Augustino, the manager, is practically a local and helped us plan our itinerary throughout our stay. Rooms were cleaned and tidied every morning, and laundry services and a restaurant were provided in the hotel. Pool was perfect temperature, and we could even swim at night thanks to beautiful pool lights. The location is a 5 minute walk from the beautiful Nungwi beach, and right next to the local "Cocobello" club. Miti is beautiful, quiet, and intimate, and we are already planning our next trip!

At the guest house, all units are soundproof. The food was excellent and the hospitality from mama root is as if you are at home. All the arrangements for so organized and also the beach is so in front of the property that you will just sit on the beach whole day and still will not be bored.
