Beautiful place, incredibly comfortable with wonderful details a few steps from the beach Thee owners Ralu and Lee have thought of everything - this place is perfect - beautifully arranged common area with a pool and lots of places to relax, fabulous plants and an absolutely fantastic restaurant. Delicious breakfasts - served in such a beautiful way that I could only say wow :) Special thanks to the chef Musa - you are the best and the way you cook is a masterpiece and I already miss your dishes. Ralu you have created a beautiful place - everything you do is perfect - you are amazing women and I am honored that I could meet you. Guys, you made my every day with you wonderful, unique and perfect. Ralu you made me think again about returning to Zanzibar and to your wonderful Ola Manga Villa ;) Thank you with all my heart for the beautiful time I spent with you. I absolutely recommend it to everyone:)

The place is amazing, the room is stylish, comfortable and well equipped. Very close to the beach, with free access to the beach through the hotel nearby. The breakfast was delicious.

Excellent location, very friendly ,helpful, and attentive Staff from Lewis, the manager to everybody whom we dealt with.The pool and grounds were impeccable, and the breakfast served on our private terrace was excellent ,as was the security.

For several reasons, we had to postpone our stay at Mango Beach House, in Jambiani, three times in the past. Finally, 2025 was the year for something long awaited. The expectations were high, but the reality surpassed them. A dream spot, right on the beach. The facilities, the outdoor and sea temperature , the sound of the crows, the breeze and the waves, the laughter of the children at night playing football on the beach, the food (delicious breakfast and wonderful meals), the friendliness and availability of the hosts made us wish that it could be our 'forever home'. And the truth is that during our stay we felt that it was also our home, thanks to the warm welcome from Beth, Dhula, our extraordinary chef Hemé (don't know how to spell it) and all the rest of the staff. There was also the opportunity to do some additional activities suggested and organized by Beth, namely a boat trip in typical Dhow, through the beautiful waters of Jambiani, as well as an unforgettable Mangrove tour, which ended at sunset, in a vibrant atmosphere in a bar in Michamvi. Set in Jambiani, in the middle of a local village , Zanzistar Lodge boasts a sun terrace with outdoor pool and is located just a short stroll away from the beach. Absolutely loved the laid back vibe of this place.I was offered an upgrade and had the room right by the beach. The tasteful interior of the rooms attracted me to this hotel initially. This is the kind of place you can walk barefoot in all day. Its small and intimate with really friendly people working there. And delicious food! Great drinks! Wonderful beach bar with a fun swing!

Offering a restaurant and a private beach area, Helwas Zanzibar Beach Hotel is located in Bwejuu. Free WiFi access is available. Each room here will provide you with air conditioning and a terrace. The hosts, the food and the service were exceptional. Helwas is a small family hotel with a great, friendly atmosphere and top accommodation. We were group of 5 and we had amazing time at Helwas! Big thanks to Jeffrey and Ursula (our host) for the good vibes and the hospitality!

The Amka Guesthouse consists of two building complexes and is privately managed. We have kitchen staff and housekeeping to ensure your well-being and cleanliness. Guesthouse No. This place was beautiful! We loved that it was set back from the beach so it was quiet, yet we had easy access to the ocean and we had a wonderful view of the turquoise waters from our large covered balcony. The balcony was an extension of our huge and pleasant room. A delicious and plentiful breakfast was delivered to our balcony each morning. The owner was very kind! He allowed us to stay extra time, since our taxi wasn't arriving until after check-out time.

Located in Nungwi, on the quieter north east coast of Zanzibar, Game Fish Lodge is situated along the beachfront and features an in-house restaurant, bar and a sun terrace. We stayed in the "Apartment with Sea View". It felt like we had our own place on the beach, but with 2 people, Colin and Lesley, who cooked us excellent breakfasts and dinners. We loved the fruit crepes. The meals were not only delicious, but. so large we always had left overs for lunch The balcony apartment is quite large and has an am,azing pato with spectacular ocean view. The pool is deep and overlooks the ocean. We had it nearly to ourselves. There is a fridge near ,the pool with beer and soft drinks at very reasonable prices. If you wish a more lively place for drinks, you can go into town or next door to the Skybar. There is direct access to the ocean and while there are sea urchins, I swan in the ocean all 3 days I was there, but made sure I was wearing wster shoes. Some days we walked along the beach several kilometers. Colin and Lesley left us yo ourselves, except during breakfsst and dinner. They were grest hosts.
