Very welcoming and comfortable. Photos online don’t do the property justice. Balcony out the front was great and we utilised it a couple of times.

Features include a free hot American breakfast and a hot tub.The property is located across 4 buildings. We had a lovely time in this romantic guesthouse as a 30 y.o. couple. The room was quite big and clean, bathroom was spacious and the balcony was so nice. We were on the first floor, and there was armchairs to sit in outside there and just enjoy the ocean breeze. Magical. The bar was quite cool as well, with live music. A pity that they stop playing at 19:00 and close the bar at 19:30 though. Breakfast was a lot of options, homemade cooking kinda vibe, we enjoyed it a lot. Parking was very convenient, I don’t understand the bad reviews about the distance. Guys, it’s literally 1 minutes walk. It’s good for you, just walk. It’s not gonna kill you. Strongly recommend!

Its my second time at this little oasis, definitely not my last. It's serene, beautifully designed and well taken care of. Im infatuated with the place and the kind staff. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee machine, made mornings delightful. Multiple TVs with Netflix provided entertainment at our fingertips. A standout feature was the bikes Jose lent us. Exploring Miami on two wheels was a blast. The apartment's location in the vibrant Brickell area meant great restaurants, bars, and shops were just steps away. In summary, our stay at Jose's Brickell apartment was perfect. Complete with a private bathroom fitted with a shower and free toiletries, all guest rooms at The Estate at Mt Dora have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and some rooms also offer a balcony. The rooms will provide guests with a fridge. This is the third time we have stayed here and we love it. Everything about it is perfect including the location. It is a beautiful property and we would highly recommend a stay here.
