This Key West, Florida Southernmost Point Guest House & Garden Bar is located on Duval Street 110 metres from the Southernmost Point and 73 metres from the beach. We loved EVERYTHING about this property. From the gated parking lot, to the daily hot breakfast, to the daily Happy Hour Beverages (all of which were complimentary), to the absolutely PERFECT location, and the beautifully appointed air conditioned rooms. We will definitely be coming back to this property. Stunning.

Located just 2 minutes’ walk from the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum, this adult-only inn features free parking and a shared outdoor swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi is also available. We had a lovely 3 day stay. Room was very comfortable and the hotel was located in a excellent central location, being a short walk from everything we needed

Friendly staff, quiet pool are, nice breakfast are with coffee, tea, and water, and cookies all day..complementary pool towels to use. It’s like they think of everything. Even a handwritten card saying to enjoy our stay and they are there if we need anything…

Carlos, the host, is the heart and soul of this place. He is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, always checking in to make sure guests are happy and comfortable. His presence creates a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere that encourages you to relax, connect, and feel completely at home. It’s rare to find someone who so naturally embodies the spirit of great hospitality and Carlos does it effortlessly. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat, a fun social vibe, or a peaceful escape, this place delivers on all fronts. This was easily one of the most enjoyable and comfortable stays we’ve had. We’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend the Augustine Guesthouse enough. It’s a true gem!
