Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The property is non-smoking and is situated 8.6 km from Belmont Park Race Track. Hosts are very very friendly. I got the chance to meet Miad’s dad who drove me to and from the airpot, took me to a shopping mall and suggested a nice spot to get some food. He was the highlight of my stay, very genuine, helpful, kind and hospitable. I initially booked the place because I read from reviews that they offered to pick and drop their guests from and to the airpot, to my surprise it was for a much lower price compared to the normal standard around the area. The apartment is at the basement, close to the airpot and expected that you’d hear some planes fly through. It’s exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. I was there for a single night due to a long layover. It’s perfect for both long and short stays. It’s now my go-to place if I ever fly via JFK with a long layover. Thank you Miad and more thanks to your Dad for being so friendly and hospitable.

Even the train makes a lot of noise, inside the apartment you hardly near it. The apartment is well designed and equipped. The Furnitures are new and nice. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, but I liked the atmosphere. There are some restaurants, a supermarket, a laundromat and more shops in a 1-2 minutes' walk.

I couldn't ask for better facilities. It had a central cooling system, lots of pots to cook, large washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine.....just name it. To be honest I would say that it was very cheap for the quality we experienced! The owner, Tanisha, was also very helpful and tried to make our holiday as memorable as possible. She suggested places to visit and left guides to help us. All in all, I think rating this property 10 over 10 is a bit insulting, I would rate it 12 over 10 if possible!! My family and I (that is a family of 5) have travelled the world and I can comfortably say that this was the best property we've stayed in. We truly loved it. A big welldone to Tanisha.

We booked shared bathroom but our lovely landlord upgraded our room to private one for privacy, which was great. The location is 1-1.5 hr bus metro ride to manhattan. but i think it is acceptable in nyc. Coffee was great as well. The neighborhood felt really safe even at night. We used metro and busses at night and it was nice.
