The front entrance opens onto a beautiful courtyard with gorgeous flowers hanging everywhere. There was something quite enchanting about the narrow doors and old stone walls, the lovely seating areas dotted inside and out and the stunning river views from the airy dinning room. We all absolutely loved everything about this hotel and we're sorry our stay was so short!

At the inn, every room comes with a wardrobe. One of my favourite places I stayed in Uruguay. A nice little guesthouse right in the middle of the historic center. The rooms are modern and spacious. Staff were very friendly. Easy to park your car in the street. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was fine, it was simple but good enough to start day in a very nice pace. Room was perfect, shower and water was great and the beds are really comfy!

The location was fabulous, easy to get to all the sights. The staff were all lovely and kind. The breakfast was wonderful (dinner too, make sure to eat here). The room and hotel were even nicer in person than in the photos online.

The location was excellent-right in the old quarter.The staff were very friendly and welcoming.I want to mention in particular Angelica,Olga and Carla.I felt at home from the moment I arrived.Breakfast each morning was top class and kept me going for hours.The room was clean,inviting and serviced daily and sleep quality was very good...I'm happy to recommend this place...10 out of 10.

The shower had good pressure and immediate hot water. WiFi worked reasonably well. Breakfast was toast, fruit and coffee. Appreciated but maybe add some protein: hard boiled eggs or peanut butter. Only one block to the beautiful ramblas. Enjoyed the patio. Theresa was an exceptional host, and arranged a taxi pickup for me to the ferry.
