The host made all the arrangements and bookings we needed. The location is quiet and just off the busy street. It is only a 10 minute walk to town, well worth the nice and quiet sleep. The breakfast was yummy. The view from the room was amazing. The bathroom was authentic Vietnamese style. I would stay here again and again.

Despite not knowing much english you got the sense that the staff were really trying to make my experience enjoyable but unfortunately they were behind from the start. The traditional Vietam breakfast was superb. They arranged a trip back to Hanoi Airport at a very reasonable price for me which was very much appreciated. The location was not serviced by Grab so the owner personally drove me on his bike for a Night excursion cruise. That too was much appreciated.
