The architecture is truly unique in the area, the food Mo makes is delicious, and you can dine with his family every night if you wish, with a variety of typical Hmong cuisine and homemade rice wine. It is really worth staying here, check the weather carefully so that you have sunny days, bring cash, your google translator ready, and if you can rent a motorcycle in Sa Pa, much better.

Laundry services are available if needed. I highly recommend this homestay for its excellent value and quality. Not to forget, the owner has an adorable cat that warmly welcomes guests hahaha!

We loved it here. This was the perfect place to land in Sa Pa. We hadn’t had any trekking pre-booked so we were so grateful that Ha, the owner, helped us. She is an incredible host and you just feel welcome and taken care of. She helped us book an amazing 3-day trekking tour, and found us a bus to our next destination very last minute. Breakfast was excellent as well — she makes the best omelettes! We liked it so much here that we stayed an extra night when we came back from the Trekking your. the rooms are big, the showers hot, and all for a very affordable price.

Chaï, the owner, is a very good english speaker (which is rare in Sapa), but above all, she’s a lovely, kind and very helpful person. Indigo Cat is a family business and all of them are very nice and appealing. There is also a nice shop with Indigo handcrafted items, so it makes the place very special. Room is very clean and spacious for 2 people. The hotel opened recently so all the furniture and bed linen are new. Take a room with Mountain view, it’s fabolous. I recommend this place at 1000% !!!
