The location is great, just opposite tam coc river and a short walk to the hustle and bustle of the main street. The staff are super friendly and helpful. When I was unwell, they arranged for my wife to have a motortaxi for the day to see the sights. Her driver was a gentleman called 'Om' (not sure if I am spelling this correctly) and he was fab!! For breakfast you order from a set menu and it was lovely each day. Tam coc and Ninh Bin was our favourite place in Northern Vietnam, so when we return we will be booking with the Boutique Garden again.

They were always willing to help and incredibly friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was modern, comfortable, and spotless. The location is excellent, and despite being on the main road, there was no street noise. Highly recommended!
