Perfect location! The best thing though, was the incredibly helpful staff. When everything was going wrong with our transport, they helped us by sending a taxi to our location in the middle of nowhere to get us to Hanoi. Absolutely the best place we've ever stayed and would 100% come back again!

Her and her family went the mile to help us on our stay and make our trip so welcoming and comfortable. The private rooms are very modern and nice + has a rooftop pool + breakfast + bicycles included. For the price it was an absolute steal!

Our luggage was safe, we rented a reliable motorbike on site, and had a nice shower after a day in the sun. The staff even helped us with a last minute VIP sleeper bus. Highly recommend.
