We were in Nelspruit on an emergency basis and they catered for not only our arrival time which we couldn't confirm, our eventual early arrival, offering to assist us to find other accommodation once we had to leave but also catering for my brother and I who are T1 Diabetics - they had catered for us with so much care and adapted the breakfast appetizer for us. The decor in the hotel is gorgeous and it is so clean! Thank you for constantly checking in on our family and for making our stay so comfortable considering the circumstances we were dealing with. If we ever pass through Nelspruit or visit again - we will definitely be booking with The Coral Tree!
