Van der Stel Manor is situated in a residential area, 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Stellenbosch. The restored Cape Dutch home features a garden and outdoor pool. Beautiful accommodation with a lovely garden and pool area. Staff was very friendly and we loved the breakfast.

Boasting a splendid setting between mountains and sea, this charming Provençal style guesthouse is set in the historic town centre of Hermanus, overlooking the picturesque Old Harbour. The location was perfect with a view from our balcony to the bay. The rooms were spacious and the shared common room were fantastic. The staff we exteremely kind and responsive. They gifted us a bottle of wine for the most minor of inconvenience. The breakfast box for our early morning departure was tremendous!

It's like home. **Meeting and interacting with the owners and seeing how passionate they are with making the guest feel comfortable. **The staff treated me like i'm the only guest and that their jobs depend on my return. They even escorted me to the Uber car that took me to the airport. **Best value for money.

Upon arrival we felt a sense of belonging. Warmly welcomed by Limo and the host that checked in with us prior. Upon entering you are captured with tranquility and an ambiance as if you're about to have a Spa treatment. Everything was carefully yet meticulously thought through from Interior decor design to Architectural composition, all very well composed throughout. We will definitely be back to experience sundowners and sunsoaking surrounded with expansive views and a touch of nature. Very well located walking distance to nature and well renowned wine estate on your doorstep. Breakfast was amazing and catered for all.

Beautiful well equipped modern room, very comfy and quiet. Good safe parking. Good wifi and shower. Blix rooms are in an excellent location for restaurants and bars. I can fully recommend. Even though I arrived slightly after 5pm the checkin instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

We were warmly welcomed into a charming and well-kept guesthouse. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The deck was a highlight, offering a stunning sunset over the mountains—one of the most memorable moments of our trip. Breakfast was excellent, freshly prepared and served in a relaxed atmosphere. A stop we will fondly remember.
