We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and stocked with fresh towels daily. Breakfast was included, and we received coupons for a daily reception with complimentary drinks and snacks. The location is perfect, especially if you want to be close to downtown. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. While I didn’t catch everyone’s name, I’d like to give a special shoutout to Babas, Kim (who was amazing!), Winnie, and Janet. From the front door to the restaurants to housekeeping, everyone was fantastic. We were truly happy with the service we received.

Extremely clean hotel. Strong wifi throughout my stay. The staff are so helpful; they went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay including customised breakfasts 😀 Everybody is so so customer oriented. What a lovely hotel!

Evening about this place was excellent and my fiance and myself can't stop talking about this hotel I have a friend going there now for 2 weeks business trip and he is even trying to get his people from London meeting him there to also choose same hotel excellent atmosphere will go on and on if 8 have to talk about this hotel they made my trip to Dubai the icing on the cake
