We have travelled to Vienna just to visit city. I’ ve booked a standart room. But we had an issue with the room we had to pay extra money for changing the room. Hotel staff was extremely good , special thanks to Karina she helped us a lot🙏 She was very professional kind person . It was nice to see such helpful person in Hilton staff. Breakfast was exceptional as well. Thanks a lot Hilton .
