We were told it was a false alarm in the next building, Hampton Inn. It was very inconvenient to get out early in the morning with sleeping kids. I booked my room online, had the confirmation number, went to the Hilton and the snobbish and overly pretentious asshole refused to honor my booking.... I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND!!!
