This was our second visit to Calgary. So we understood the layout of the city. We came for the stampede and that is why we picked this hotel. And it was a bullseye! The staff are terrific and the rooms are laid out very well. We will stay here again definitely.

    The room and breakfast were nice but the fire alarm kept going many times. We were told it was a false alarm in the next building, Hampton Inn. It was very inconvenient to get out early in the morning with sleeping kids. The front desk staff was very nice but the manager we spoke to after 6 days, when we stayed again was very rude, when we mentioned about the alarm.

    The night desk person, a small fat chinese man named Alex REFUSED my booking costing me $235.00!!! I booked my room online, had the confirmation number, went to the Hilton and the snobbish and overly pretentious asshole refused to honor my booking.... I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND!!! I WILL NEVER STAY IN ANY OF THE HILTON HOTELS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE because of this 1 incident.
