Hilton Hotels in Niagara Falls

Breakfast was a disaster. Found the staff a bit rude. I have stayed in lots of hotels, including Hilton franchises but the manner in which guests are treated during Breakfast at Embassy Suites is more like dormitory guests. Staff need more training to be polite as hotel comes under Service industry. Drinks were served in plastic cups in the bar. Thought was on a flight. Please have more respect towards your clients who are paying for their stay. Liked the location and the Reception staff were pleasant.

This hotel must be a top choice for viewing Niagara Falls, we stayed on the 40th floor and had a great panoramic view of the falls! For a Hilton hotel, there's no doubt that the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast at the hotel is good too. So the best thing to recommend is that the view is very, very beautiful when you look out of the room's window, just take a look at my photos, all taken from the room's window.

Absolutely nothing at all! Very disappointing hotel and stay. Would of expected the nearest Hilton Hotel to the Niagara Falls would be a flag ship hotel to the Hilton group. How wrong was I! What a disappointment for what was meant to be a special occasion stay.

The stuff very rude at reception not helpful at all and didn’t show any care about customer care,I never experienced such bad customer service in any other Hilton hotel or anywhere else in that matter,breakfast was awful and stuff seemed very careless,room didn’t get cleaned during our stay and we couldn’t even get proper shower as the water didn’t had any pressure,room very outdated and rundown basically you will get ripped off because they got location
