Hilton Hotels in Geneva

The staff at check-in were unfriendly, and we had significant problems with the parking tickets, leading to a potentially unsafe situation. The sofa bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable, and despite three people staying in the room, we were only provided with two cups, one tea bag, and insufficient coffee, sugar, and milk powder. The third floor had a vile smell, and the carpets and walls were extremely dirty. This level of cleanliness was disappointing and not up to the Hilton standard.

The hotel was close to the airport which was very helpful as they have complimentary shuttle service every 20 minutes. The property is big and it was no way constrained or running out of space. The front desk was very helpful in Hilton manner. We enjoyed our stay.

I was in Geneva for leisure with my family and this Hilton met and exceeded my expectations. Ballerina Receptionist was exceptionally coutious and helpful and proactive. Thanks Hilton.
