**Staff Overview:** During my stay, I interacted with several staff members who significantly enhanced my experience. The check-in clerk played a key role in upgrading my room to provide a better view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks, which was much appreciated. In the restaurant, the service was outstanding. Staff members Jorge and Jason exhibited professionalism and warmth, which contributed to the feeling of being in a high-standard hotel. Their attention to detail and dedication to recommending suitable wine options, along with consistent follow-ups, provided a 5-star dining experience. Their exceptional service makes them valuable assets to any establishment, and I would consider hiring them for a catering business at a premium wage. Additionally, the morning restaurant staff maintained a cheerful atmosphere. Melisa brought a light-hearted spirit with her jokes, and a supervisor demonstrated flexibility by allowing me to take pastries and juice to my room for my daughter, who was unwell and preferred to avoid the buffet. Overall, the staff's efforts greatly enriched my stay.

Nice hotel in a perfect location. The room was good renovated and recepcion is very quick and helpful. The breakfast was good!

Our room was spacious and superbly decorated. Food in the hotel restaurant was excellent. Fun to be able to capture pictures of the Paddington Bear statue in the lobby.

Location was amazing, 10 minutes far from metro station. Our room was big and clean and the bed was so comfortable! Breakfast is various and everything was fresh and tasty. We loved our stay and we would definitely stay again.
