Hilton Hotels in Hillingdon

False advertising. I was looking for the Hilton Garden Inn physically located at London Heathrow at Terminal 2. This heading and description suggests that this hotel is located at London Heathrow airport however its is not. You have to take a shuttle or a taxi there. Disappointed in this false representation.

My first stay at a Hilton Garden Inn was at Doncaster, which was absolutely excellent! Hence me deciding to stay at the Hilton again. I was definitely not disappointed, as everything was just perfect!

Very hard to find. Thought I'd booked for Hilton Garden Inn at T2 and it ended up taking us 2 1/2 hrs to find it. We got on several trains, we're given wrong information by staff at Heathrow and eventually got a cab

We were seeking accommodation close to Heathrow T3 as we flew back home. The Hilton Garden Inn was ideal. We booked the runway view room which made the stay even more special. The location was perfect enabling an easy walk to T3. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. We ate breakfast in the restaurant- which was also ideal for our needs. All staff we came into contact with were polite and provided excellent service.

The location of the Hilton Garden Inn was excellent only 2 minutes walk to terminal two which was great. The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast had a wide range of options to choose from.

The shuttle service was appalling. It never arrived. We then walked to the wrong location due to the misleading use of similar names for the two Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow etc etc. Hotels. We were not alone in this confusion. It took 2.5 hours to resolve the issue and, 25 pounds each way to get there and back when we thought we were booked into the Heathrow terminal venue rather than the almost identically named one 2kms away. Staff conformed that this is a common error.

Be aware there are two Hilton Garden Inns at/near Heathrow Airport. This i the one which is REALLY at Terminal 2 and 3. Typing "Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow Airport" into google maps leads you to the wrong one. ;-) Enjoying a nice evening at the bar at the top of the hotel and watching airplanes come and go around you is priceless! :-)

The room at the Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow T4 was comfortable and served as an overnight stay before our flight back to Australia from Terminal 2.
