Hi there, i stayed in the Hilton hotel on park lane twice now and its better every time i go there and will be there again soon the room was lovely the bar on the 28th floor and the view was breath taking i think the Hilton hotel should maybe a 6* Hotel, and of course the staff were brilliant thank them all of them Once again thank Hilton hotel on park lane for a great stay

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi we’re taken care of. The way they made myself and my nan feel at home I could not fault them. Big shout out to Tyrone at reception and Sam at Breakfast, such wonderful staff.

Great location - close to River Thames, Tower Bridge, the City and Westminster. Rooms were very comfortable and the food was excellent. Reshmi and her team were fantastic - always friendly, welcoming and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The room was perfect , confortable and very clean. The breakfast was excellent , ver british and with very high qualiry. The restaurant and the concierge were very helpful and excellent quality and service. Very good location to the sightseeing at London.

We liked everything. The staff who checked us in was excellent. Very informative, lovely, very clean bedroom of a decent size. We ate in restaurant for evening meal again very nice staff food was of good quality. Breakfast I s excellent there is so much choice. One of the breat breakfasts I've offered at a hotel .
