Hilton Hotels in Rome

This was the best hotel we have stayed in 2023. I arrived alone with my two preschool kids, and everything was just PERFECT. The location was really good, very near the metro station and the outlet shuttle bus service. Roma's public transport system is excellent by the way. The food was over expectations, breakfast simply good, but dinner was a la carte, and extremely good. The room was big, spacious, modern. The hotel is well above 4 stars standard. The personel was really nice. They made our Christmas stay unforgettable, they were always smiling, always had some nice words to me and the kids. I planned to stay for 2 nights and then move to a hotel in the city center, but it was simply so good, and transportation so convenient that I cancelled the other hotel and prolonged our stay here adding an other 2 nights. Thank you, lovely waiters and waitresses, we had wonderful dinners and an unforgettable Christmas dinner. Thank you everybody, we definetely will be back!

From the moment we arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn we were met by friendly and smiling staff at reception who could not do enough for us during our stay. We arrived at approx. 11.30am not expecting our room to be ready, but to our delight it was ready and even better we were upgraded to a room with a balcony which was great especially as the weather was nice and sunny. The room was lovely and clean. The restaurant served great food and the staff were very helpful. We loved the breakfast, such a great variety and nice and fresh. Overall it was a fantastic weekend and the hotel played a big part in that. Thank you all and we look forward to returning in the future.

The airport shuttle was a great idea and the breakfast was fantastic.

The room was clean and has enough space I requested a bed for my baby and it was ready and I comfy . The washroom was nice and clean
