It was only a night short stay. But it was truly amazing experience. the manger Mr.Caca Javas was truly nice to me and hospitality , one of best friendly experience. i actually forgot my things at my room refregirator but they were keeping it and I could pick it up very quickly. Also, the Mr, Savas was very friendly and truly nice. I ordered Room service and it had small mistake as brought a wrong item in my order but they gave it for free and they immediately brought missing item. I had best experience I ve ever had. And i definitely come back this hotel when I visit Istanbul.

I stayed at this hotel from January 6-9. I was assigned to room 2110. All the staff were friendly, accommodating whether I was asking for extra soap, breakfast, seeking clean paper money to take as a souvenir, or calling a taxi. Overall I was treated as a family member. However, I would like to praise and give a special thank you to Miss. Riya, at the front desk. She always greeted me with friendliness. When I asked Ms. Riya if my room included breakfast, she said not to worry. She spoke with the dining room staff, and thanks to her I was able to enjoy a full breakfast and coffee during my stay.
