All the good things you’d expect from a Hilton - staff welcoming and helpful. Room very comfortable (and excellent view of the New York skyline - extra for that though). Breakfast buffet or a la carte so that was good too, as were the choices.

I loved this hotel! Our room was huge, there was tons of storage available, desk, tables, a sofa - I could easily have lived here for months, so for a week it was luxury. The neighbourhood couldn’t be better, close enough to everything but away from the more frantic areas near Time Square. The housekeeping staff was outstanding. This was our last stop after two months travel, staying at over 2 dozen hotels. The beds here were absolutely the most comfortable! The room had all the amenities o e could want and they very generously replaced water, Nespresso and tea daily. I would happily stay here next time I visit NYC.

Excellent location , staff attentive, modern design , were at the 36th floor with incredible vistas which gave a good scent of NY, daily linen change, when a technical problem appeared the staff responded instantly and efficiently
