I’m an elderly woman who, while traveling alone, was stranded in Houston due to flight delays at Dallas causing me to miss my connection. I was able to book a room at a reasonable rate at the last minute. The free transportation pickup at the airport and the return at 4:00 the next morning were (both times) a life saver. All employees were friendly and I felt safe. Thank you for such an excellent facility that met all my needs.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions and with easy access to restaurants and convention centers. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making the stay ideal for both business and leisure travelers. They will drive you to and from venues for dinner within a close distance of the city in a really nice vehicle - this was a lovely touch - Brandon was fab! You can’t beat this location for basketball or baseball (we didn’t go to either but was nice to be able to walk to the stadiums for a look). Rooms were quite big for a party of x5. Breakfast was also really awesome!
