I mentioned that I was a Hilton Honors member and she went to the back room and brought back 2 welcome packages for my husband and I. That was so unexpected and we loved all the treats and bottle water. This was our first time staying at an Embassy suites and we thought that all of it was amazing. We have no complaints and will definitely look to stay at another Embassy suites hotel in the future.Guest review byDebraYoung couple

From the time I entered the lobby throughout my stay, Loren and the team were superb! All the team at Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh/ Crabtree Valley are courteous and professional. The property is safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The decor is beautiful throughout the hotel and exudes a calm and warmth mirrored by the employees there. If you need to eat in, no problem.
