Shuttle driver was very nice and went beyond to help me with my MANY pieces of luggage and my children. Staff was very friendly and gave me advice on food to order as we arrived late. Room was clean, big. Beds were very comfy fell asleep instantly. And my children did too. Shower was nice and had all facilities. Great location from airport only 6 minutes drive Didn't do breakfast was only there for stop over but would like to go back and get the full experience of the hotel a d Chicago

The staff was VERY kind and helpful. Nice made to order breakfast in the morning. They had French toast and eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, variety of toasts and breads, oj,coffee,and breakfast potatoes.

We loved the staff -- especially Sophia, who was so warm and fun. And the location was perfect as the event we were attending was a reunion at Northwestern. The restaurant that's connected to the hotel serves a next level burger, too.

    Hilton needs to invest in this facility. I used to stay there for business, have a meal there before a flight. Casual restaurant has lost its luster. Rooms need painted around all the rough edges. Interior design of rooms is very old fashion. Best thing to say is the location is perfect if you’re flying out in the morning and price was not bad.

    The Chicago airport Hilton could not have been more convenient, about a 3 minute walk from baggage claim. The front desk crew was friendly, enthusiastic, helpful.

    I stayed there for convenience only, My first flight and second flight were cancelled, and I really didn't want to go searching for hotels further from the airport so stayed in the Hilton regardless of the cost, knowing all good hotels near the airport would be expensive.

    Top location, if you are stranded, friendly personnel, but hotel was dirty and needs refurbishment. I was stranded during connecting flight and I m travelling a lot. I ve seen better Hilton Hotels in the world.

    I stayed one night at Hilton hotel because my flight was delayed by 30h. Equipped with a lot of luggage, I was highly relieved that I could simply walk over to the hotel from the airport with the cart that I used to transport the bags. Very convenient. They also have a Fitness center, which I used, and are pet-friendly. The Hilton hotel allowed me to use the room until 1pm next day without extra charge.
