The truth is, the mattresses in the room were terrible, the comfort of the beds was very bad, and there was never any included breakfast service.Booking makes false advertising and promises about the Hilton. Hotel in terrible conditions with smells and cleanliness, beds with mattresses in poor condition, it is supposed to include breakfast for guests and they give a 35 dollar voucher that is only redeemed in their facilities and is not enough for anything. Bad experience

the location was perfect for us.We had a high floor with a view of the bay as requested thank you for filling our request. Front desk service 5 star. really enjoyed the entire experience, We come to San Fran once a year and The Hilton is our new favorite.
